Beach View Terrace is a condo with 24 units built in 1982, located in best area in Sea Isle City. Restaurants, shops, and public pavilion areas are a short walk from the condo. Our family is the third owners of this unit, and we are so excited to share our first season of ownership with you. Starting in 2016, the previous owners started an extensive refresh and update to the property.

The first off season 2016/2017 they made the following improvements:

• New ceiling fans and lights in both bedrooms and the family room

• Added storage closet above stairs,

• Pocket door in the master bedroom allowing the bed to face the ocean

• New tile and vanity in the upper bathroom

• Moved the washer and dryer space to the second floor and upgraded to full sized high efficiency units

• Created a mudroom just inside the front door

The 2017-2018 winter they continued and focused on the kitchen:

• Removed the wall separating the kitchen and family room

• New kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops

• Bar seating area around the kitchen flowing into the family room

• Tile flooring throughout the first floor

• Outside the walkways and front railings were replaced

The 2019-2020 winter after ~40 years the elevators were replaced.
